We offer excellent opportunities to try ice bathing. We will gladly heat up our sauna so that you can run straight from the sea and into the warmth, which is a truly a refreshing experience!
NB: It’s important not to try ice bathing alone. We recommend that several people bath together, or someone else stands guard to ensure everything goes well.
